Amazing Illustration by @Nutsa Avaliani and I couldn't resist to animate. :)

Check out the process video to know how I animated in just 5 min. I haven't used source file. Magic happened with JPEG only.

I have masked the swimming pool part and applied Turbulent Displace preset for subtle water effect. Check out attachment for Properties details. There are three same layer with different mask.
