Phill App

Phill App is a construction application which connects two groups of people. One group is trying to get rid of aggregates and another group wishes to obtain aggregates. This is a common problem through out the industry due to minimum quantity purchases. This minimum quantity either generates a surplus or deficit. It is Phill's mission to connect these two groups of people to create more efficiency in the industry.
