Do you know who has badass concept art? Elevator companies! In doing some research I stumbled upon a database of oil paintings done for elevator magazine advertisements way back when. Many of them depicting future buildings, cities, and societies. Worked this up to pay homage to the artist.
Some nonsensical design. Elements pulled from elevator navigation and engineering documentation.
