Orxata!

A quick tribute to one of my most favourite drinks: Orxata, also known as Horchata, it's a typical drink originally from Valencia (don't mix up with the Mexican one), made by tigernuts, water and sugar. It's a pleasure drinking it during the long and hot Valencian Summers!
