    This is a small personal project I've been working on. Tried to fresh up my 3D skills so this is my first 3D render since many years. Bigger version attached. I don't actually own Copic's myself (I really should though) so they might not be perfect.

    This looks amazing! I own a bunch of these, they're brilliant although I hardly use the colors and stick to my cool greys.

    Anyways to knitpick. These look more metallic then plastic, but nonetheless - looks good.

    Dude, I thought to myself before reading your comment:
    "How cool, this guy is creating his own markers and taking photos of them" - nice render. :)

    Thanks guys.

    @Rui

    I tried to give them a coating to let them appear like plastic. I think I'll adjust it again. Thanks for the feedback.

    Which 3D Package did you use? C4D with Vray? How long was the render time?
    BTW: Sketchbook Copic Edition from Autodesk with an Wacom Tablet is a nice "work-around" for not having copic markers ;)

    I use Autodesk Softimage with Mental Ray. SketchBook Copic edition looks great. One thing that is on my new years resolution list is buying a Wacom Cintiq :)

    Happy new year everyone!

    I use Copics all the time, and I honestly thought you took a photo of them! Great work.
