Realists Vs Creatives Illustration

A couple of weeks ago I made a few illustrations to go along with the Medium article titled Getting the Best Out of Your Design Team. I used this one to illustrate the difference between realists and creatives. The lines represent lineair thinking (realists) and non-lineair thinking (creatives).
