Yosemite | Lapel Pin

I believe it was just yesterday that I finally recovered from the backpacking trip I took with my friends last year. Hiking on the John Muir trail through the backcountry of Yosemite National Park, I certainly remember this feeling of being ill-prepared. We never saw a discontented tree, mountain or bear even. It was both inviting and dissuading at the same time. It was all so overwhelming.

Summiting Half Dome and Clouds Rest, still, this view from the valley floor of El Capitan and the Three Brothers was my favorite. So much so that I made this pin and shipped it to my fellow travelers.

The left over pins in up in an Etsy shop if you're interested.
