Autocomplete Dropdown

Built this react component from scratch, really starting to get the hang of JSX. I learned that most of our users have 100+ (sometimes upwards of 400) items in these specific dropdowns and were spending way too much time scrolling through the dropdown menu. Even though it is enterprise software and our users will do whatever it takes to get their work done, my goal is always to make the experience faster and more pleasant.
