Now before anyone says anything about the asterisk. If you notice, we denote the drop down menus the user has to fill out and the ones that are optional. This goes back to the fact that there are so many dialog boxes that omitting the asterisk for some mandatory elements in other dialogs boxes just because all elements are mandatory to fill out would be confusing or inconsistent.
