OLA - Performance Management System for Driver partners

Ola gauges it’s partners performance using the performance management system.

The user interface fulfils two functions, a concise way for the partners to view their ratings & associated actions such as turning the AC on before starting a trip, thus improving their ratings.

By design principles I aimed at communicating the appropriate message by colour association and text hierarchy so the partners can consume information easily.
