Make an appointment

At Hart we worked on a variety of features. One of those being appointments. The app allowed for the ability to search for a speciality doctor within network. Then for the ability to create an appointment . We iterated quite a bit on key elements such as date selection, reason for appointment, and the ability to fill out medical history and demographic forms beforehand. During my time there I worked on many features like this across all 3 platforms (iOS, Android, and Web). This is not the same branding but I wanted to show on a minor scale some of those elements.
