Dubolt Track Preview

The Spotify player widget recently stopped accepting arbitrary tracklists, which broke Dubolt, at least in the way I usually use it. So, I've made a few changes.

First: tracks now have in-page track preview. On desktop, hover over album artwork to play the preview, on mobile, click the artwork.

Second: the Spotify widget now renders only after you save the playlist. When you save, the widget will be loaded with your newly created playlist, letting you play while still on Dubolt like you were able to before.
