My glitched headshot for today's Design and Exclusion conference.
I really liked the effect of this glitch tool that I found a while back. It clips sections of the image, shifts those clips left or right, and adjusts their opacity.
Emulating that effect, I created our 50 headshots in Photoshop. Doing them manually in Photoshop gave me greater control, but in retrospect, it was fairly time consuming. 😄
You can view all the headshots (and more importantly, our conference broadcast) on x.design.blog.
