Some time ago I was asked to redesign desktop app for entering informations in database.
This app is used by doctors and health insurance agents to fill informations needed for children's insurance.
Main challenge was to reduce possibility of mistake, because database has very restrict rules. Usability was on the first place, clear indication of active fields and a lot of informations with less words.
