macOS Screenshot Rename Utility

We all take (at least I do) a ton of screenshot on macOS every day. At the end of the day going through them, to find one and manage them is a pain as they all have names like these,

"Screen Shot 2016-08-29 at 12.07.21 PM"
"Screen Shot 2016-11-13 at 1.10.07 PM"
"Screen Shot 2017-01-25 at 6.35.09 PM"
"Screen Shot 2017-01-25 at 6.36.05 PM"

Nobody knows what it is unless opening and viewing the screenshot.

How easy life will be if we have a small utility which pops up every time the user takes a screenshot and asks to name the screenshot to something that the user will easily identify later.

Here is to hoping someone will build something similar(or better) to this.
