Simplified Weather Interface Vertical

Before moving forward with the other types of weather I wanted to test our the configuration to see how it would hold up in a vertical orientation. Overall I think the vertical and horizontal retain equal functionally which is quite nice giving users the same experience regardless of handling.

Now, on to figuring out the rest of the weather iconography and coloring!
