One Drop Service Design

Winner at 2016 Global Design Jam SF. Led team to research a real problem based on the Jam's 2016 theme. Field research, user needs assessment, population definition, service design, spatial design, mobile companion app proposal. (I built this flow but left the drawing to some crazy talented teammates.)
