Best of Both Worlds

This is a snippet of a larger two page spread. Currently working on a brochure for our Premium Services department selling suites. Heavy color / imagery flow throughout the brochure with minimal copy. The blue bar is a design element that flows throughout the layout and will be coated in UV. Thoughts?
