This is the result of a user research exercise. Me (and my team) analyzed all the customer journey, personas, his pains & earnings, empathy maps and finally defined the design challenge: How could the user spend money while moving on public transport?
Visually exploring a conversational interface between a product and the user. Imagining what a personal assistant might say.
