Blue Jackets Score: March 4, 2017

Game 63 / Check out the whole project here

Game Highlights:
Sometimes you have those games where both teams are playing in a cyclical motion. Back and forth, goal and goal, tit for tat. This was one of those games.

-Saad opened the game by scoring off a snazzy pass from Werenski. The puck lasered right into the net.
-The period ended with the Senators getting a goal of their own via their new teammate, Stalberg.
-Ottawa managed to put another goal on the board in the second, but late in the third is when the game really started heating up. Tortz pulled Korpi from the net with 3 minutes left in the game (a little earlier than normal) the Jackets on the PP. With the idea to try and gain the edge with 6 men vs 4, Columbus let the Senators get control of the puck and score an empty netter to make it 3-1.
-With the PP still running, Gagner scored with just over two minutes left in regulation to cut Ottawa's lead back down to 1.
-This was the first goal Ganger has scored in 30 games.
-After recovering from a not so hot Feb run at the end of the month, this loss marked the first regulation loss for the Jackets in five games (3-1-1).
