Surf.io V2

Working on some updates to the surf.io site. A bulk of the changes involved a lighter UI as well as a re-design of the panel that contains the data visuals (surf height predictions, wind, etc).

I chose to go with a vertical sidebar panel to display the visuals and allow for a more expanded view of the map, which essentially provides more area to view the coast of a particular land mass.
