001 - Sign Up

Daily UI #001 - Design a sign up page, modal, form, app screen, etc.

Today I started the Daily UI Challenge to ensure I keep on top of my UI design skills, but also to give myself every opportunity to try out new styles and techniques, and perhaps even design things I wouldn't usually get the chance to during project work.
