GitLab Issue Boards - Add Existing Issues

At GitLab we are improving the way our Issue Boards work. You can now select a subset of issues to add to your board so you can forget about your backlog and focus on the issues you're interested in. Look for this new feature in our 8.17 release, coming February 22.
