GitLab Monitoring - Deployboards

Part of our monitoring plan is to include a deployboard. Deploys can take significant time, going through many different states, and across many containers or servers. Being able to track and debug that complexity is important, especially for larger organizations. This is an early stage mockup of how we could integrate this information into our environment view.
