The Project: As avid social networkers, we like to keep tabs on the social world. So when The Pew Research Center published its findings on the current state of social network and the role it plays in its users lives, JESS3’s infographic experts could not wait to dive in and visualize the statistics they found the most interesting.
Our Methodology: Immediately, we wanted to tell the story of how people really use Facebook, leading us to create an infographic that visualized the engagement rates on an average day on Facebook. As a hat tip to Facebook’s instantly-recognizable color palette and design aesthetic, we incorporated a splash of those elements to the design.
