User Flow to Screen Flow

Hi,

Find attached two detailed flows I've designed for a freelance project last year. You'll see how I transitioned a User Flow into a Screen Flow; with updates between each of them.

I normally find clients struggling with flow diagrams which could seem technical from an aesthetic p.o.v. That's why, I've decided to design a Screen Flow, and help the client get onboard easily.

This extra-work was very helpful to speed up communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Are you guys finding such problems? How did you solve it?
