Yet another top bar test

Sorry if you are tired of my attempts to refine this by now :P. I hope you enjoy seeing the design process.

It is sort of pushing the limits of what can go in a Mac app's title bar. It will likely have normal traffic lights, but I wanted to throw this idea out while I'm getting feedback: how would you feel about apps like this having a single button that closes/hides the window? Close and minimize basically do the same thing since playback continues even if you close the window, and the zoom button never gets much use for me since I always keep the window the same size.
