BeReadyLI Homepage Concept

An early homepage concept of the disaster preparedness website, Be Ready LI.

We started off shaping this site to be super colorful and friendly with eye-catching animations to appeal to a wide range of users. We ultimately discovered that the concept of illustrations was a little too friendly for the subject matter, and needed to show more urgency to get users to educate themselves on disaster preparedness.
