Project Brief :

Mantra Dive & Sail provides private charter boat trips around Indonesia. User can not only explore trips but also book a trip. The website has massive bounce rate and low conversion rate for Booking the trip online and Inquiring for the trip.

My Role :
I was solely responsible for this entire project execution. I was responsible for user experience strategy & data driven design solution.
