Marriott Rewards #AppYourService – Twitter Emoji
Twitter emoji design and creative strategy for a Twitter activation by Marriott Rewards. The client wanted to highlight their new concierge service by deploying teams of concierges to three NFL games. As users would Tweet the hashtag #AppYourService, Marriott can surprise and delight their fans who are at the game, in real time.
The custom emoji is appended to every single hashtag on Twitter Web and Mobile for the duration of the campaign (see attached for a sample of the user tweets).
