Budget/Project Planning Dashboard

Did a project a while back about project/budget planning and created this to help the team with understanding where we are on budget and showing trends wether it's worth keeping the project or letting go. We needed a solution from Excel spreadsheets as they were boring and not "doing it" anymore. This is to help project when we break even on our budget and adjust the appropriate areas of who needs to be on a project and who doesn't need to be anymore.

This dashboard imports current data from excel spreadsheets and calculates current budgets, assets and future trends over the course of the project. Pretty simple. Cheers.
