This responsive website was crafted for a startup providing on-site mobile device repair. The challenge was to streamline their internal / external operations, while creating a trustworthy, knowledgeable environment for their clientele to engage with. We lowered call volume & false leads by crafting a repair wizard which provided estimated cost of service, and auto-detection of phone specs in order to minimize required client engagement via their broken device. The site integrated with a custom CRM, allowing the website & internal operations to grow as their company entered new and larger markets.
