    How about a little border-radius on the progress bar? That seems to be the only difference.

    I think the bottom one is the PSD. The arrow is not vertically aligned and doesn't have a shadow, which only makes sense if it's a different layer inside a PSD file.

    I think the top is HTML and the bottom PSD. The text on top looks a little sharper.
