Values Poster

For our annual company offsite, I hand lettered one of our values, "Be Tough on Ideas and Excellent to Each Other." I tried to imbue each word with its own subtle flair, reflective that its meaning. So "tough" is reminiscent of a nail board (like tough as nails!), while the letters in Each Other is visually interconnected (we should work together!). Since the whole value is about how we want to work together, I filled the background space with work tools.

Had a lot of fun with this one, especially on the background. Felt a bit like how I used to doodle in class...
