Daily UI #001 - Signup

Feeling the need to scratch a creative itch without the pressures of a client breathing down my neck, I'm starting my Daily UI challenge.

First one up is a signup form, keeping it simple and straight forward for now with some added form verification boxes to aid the user experience.
