As we already mentioned in our previous posts, social proof is extremely important to short-circuit any trust issues.
The power of testimonials lies in their objectivity. That is, someone outside of the brand does the talking, so in theory, the credibility is higher. For even greater credibility, always include real attributions (name, location, job position, company name/logotype) and photos (avoid using stock images). Double bonus points for video testimonials.
