King of the Hill - A game of skate.

This is a concept I was toying with that encourages competitive skateboarding, the goal of the game is to become the King of the Hill. Users upload 15 second videos at skate-spots around their city which then will be rated by other users in a scale from 1 to 5 stars. Whoever has the highest average score becomes the King of the Hill.
