UX / UI refresh for major parking brand

I spent most of 2015/16 working with The Parking Spot as Lead Product Designer. I worked directly with the dev team to tame a complicated reservation flow into a delightful experience for travelers. The final product seamlessly ushered travelers through the end-to-end experience via web, app, and in-person touchpoints.
