Circular rotations are handy for loading states and all that fun stuff.
The easiest way to rotate something in a circular motion? Lock them to the corners or a square. Group all the elements together. And then rotate the group.
If you're using only one circle then align the edges to the inside of the square. If you're using two, just make sure that both are aligned evenly to the corners and you'll have a perfect circle rotation.
