Web Ratings & Review

The oh so common ratings and review challenge! We wanted to get more utilization from our reviews and after a few iterations, here's where we landed. Client can visit this page from either their receipt email or web dashboard. Each of the first four questions have their own scale and are recorded after input but not required. The overall rating for the Tasker is required. We've successfully seen about the same amount of participation as earlier versions but not have more depth into review dimensions.
