Continuing sharing my work, this shot shows a personalised front page of AskVodafone, whose content is tailored towards the current role of the call agent.

Common links were put front and centre, making them easy to find whilst on the phone with a stressed customer.

Underneath are tools, such as a map that shows disruptions.
