Slammin' Weights

I go to the gym daily and there are always people slamming weights even when there are signs that say not too. I'm so sensitive to loud sounds it makes me jump. I never understood why you do that, seems dangerous.

I did this little guy in DuIK with Joysticks and Sliders plugin for Ae and was very fun to really stretch this guy out.
