Wine shot

Experimenting around with some liquids which should look like they were coming out at high velocity. I would like to hear some opinions on this shot, especially on the wine liquid, since I tend to misestimate after sitting to long in front of one thing. Please check the full version and the follow up which will aim for a wine shot coming out at low speed.
