We recently shipped a new offline experience for our drivers at Lyft!
The Driver Console helps our drivers better keep track of their earnings and referrals, and keeps them up to date on important news such as driver incentives, promotions, and local events.
This product was a design-led initiative born out of a design sprint I ran last year with my team. It was a concept we iterated on over several months, with many working sessions and brainstorms with cross-functional stakeholders across our company, and was informed and validated through many UX research sessions with Drivers.
This is just the very beginning of what we set out to build, and have many more exciting things to share in the future. Let us know what you think!
