This was one of the concepts for the appointment reminder user flow - lots of changes have happened since!

After users have added an appointment they can switch on reminders. Before the appointment users are given the option to fill out a pre-appointment report which consists of three main areas:
- Questions and notes since the last appointment
- Current Medications
- Symptom charts & Insights
The aim was to facilitate better communication between patients, care-givers and medical practitioners.
