Chrome macOS

Chrome M52 just hit the stable channel and with it the second phase of the Core UI revamp deployment, this time on macOS.

While implemented in Cocoa, this version of Chrome core UI gets the same benefits than its ChromeOS counterpart such as new default and incognito theme and programmatic rendering. It also gets some OS specific tweaks such as transparent frame (blurring the background).

This version also includes the new Omnibox security iconography created by @maxwkr which get rid of the squared certification chip and lock in favor of a lighter and cleaner version.

Chrome is never done and the team is continuously updating the UI.
