Notifications concept

So, there you go :)
I gave some time to improve the previous notifications design and had some UI explorations, here is the result, a simple notifications popover near text, so when any change, comment or approve is done, a notification appears. While hovering user can see any existing notifications, read ones or new.

Press "L" to like.
