Filter Icon

Well, it's been months since I've drawn any new filter icons. iOS 10 introduced a "Filter" funnel in Mail, but it still feels wrong. Going back to my previous concepts of shapes going through a board, I thought... why isn't this icon focused on the *objects* you want to filter, rather than the notion of filtering itself.

The actual functionality is to see a "kind" or "type" of item, so why not show those instead? The funnel creates confusion. This may not work immediately for a lot of people, but I think longer-term, this is the solution.

This new Filter icon will replace the "sliders" Filter icon in Primaries soon!
