The free Bernier font was created by Ryan Byae and it’s available in three different formats: regular, shade and distressed. It’s an all caps font, with some differences between the uppercase and the lowercase letters.

It has a vintage look that will look great on badges, logos and other old-school looking items. As usual, it is available for both personal and commercial purposes.
