Snap UI Update

We just released a major update to our UI, making interacting with data more fluid and accessible. New filter bar allows for free text and quick-toggle filtering of saved posts. New timeline on the map allows you to see when posts were made over time and can also be used as a quick filter. This UI is also more consistent across the app now too, since we've made more pieces modular and pluggable.
